Where is my order?
Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are shipped within 1 - 4 business days after your order has been processed. Custom orders and limited edition “runs” will take longer due to the fact that they are made-to-order and have limited availability.
Why can’t I get a refund?!
Skittish Films does not sell any standardized product, currently. All custom orders and limited edition “runs” are non-refundable.
But my package arrived damaged!
Each of our products are crafted and handled with care. Unfortunately, we cannot control the operations of practices of delivery services (e.g. FedEx, UPS). Due to this, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs to your item once it has left our facilities. However, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction.

What are Limited Edition “Runs”?
Limited Edition “Runs” are special versions of our products. They usually feature specialized hardware, unique features such as an engraving(s), and are made in limited quantities.
We never repeat a “run” and some of our products are only available as a limited edition “run” (no intention of releasing a standard version).
I want to place a custom order but I don’t see a custom order form anywhere. What’s up?

We don’t offer international shipping solutions through our website. Please feel free to email us at skittishfilms@gmail.com and, depending on the product, we should be able to ship to you.
I was charged tax?! Wtf!
Skittish Films is a NJ company and standard state sales tax rates apply to all New Jersey customers.
